We are excited to announce the 1st Annual Bexley Youth Activity Fair (BYAF) to be held at Jeffrey Park on Saturday, May 15th. The BYAF is a collaborative effort between Bexley Recreation and Parks, Bexley City Schools, and Scout Troop 166, with financial support from the Bexley Community Foundation. As we work to come out of the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic, the BYAF was created to provide an opportunity for parents to connect with organizations that will offer a variety of activity outlets for kids of all ages.  Parents will be able to talk with these organizations to learn more about their various offerings and how to get registered. In addition to the valuable information for parents, the BYAF will have a handful of activities for those in attendance to participate.  

The BYAF will consist of three sessions that will last for 1 hour (There is no difference between the sessions in terms of content). In an effort to regulate crowd size we will have a maximum number of families attend each session (spots are limited).

COVID-19 Safety Measures




  • Limited Participation


  • Outdoor Event


  • All participants and vendors will be required to wear a mask at all times


  • Participants will be asked to perform a self health assessment prior to arriving at the event.  Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including a fever of 100.4 or high may not attend.  


  • Participants will be asked to practice social distancing from other families at the event.
