This class is for both beginners and those who are still learning the basic poses, but are prepared to work on a more demanding level in poses. This class offers basic flexibility poses in different degrees of work. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing, (bare feet) and bring an empty stomach.
Participants have the option to come in-person or participate via Zoom. A zoom link will be emailed to all participants in advance for the session and the link will also be in your email receipt.
