Beginner Yoga SU 22 (18+)

Focus on the foundation of yoga with a beginner series with Sarah. By following the breath, we will break down some of the core poses to help you walk into any class with confidence. After learning the basics, we will put them together to flow through a sequence guided by breath linked to movement. No experience necessary.

Sarah 
received her 200 hr certification from Yoga on High in 2019. Since then she has been focusing on bringing yoga into the school setting with teaching yoga at the elementary and high school level. She shifted my focus to trauma sensitive yoga, and volunteers once a week teaching yoga at a homeless youth drop in center. She also enjoy teaching vinyasa and restorative yoga.
