Water Aerobics
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities. Water aerobics routines are perfect for seniors and anyone with back or joint pain. Full of fun, low-impact exercises, this class will keep your body moving!

Aqua Yoga
Aqua yoga is a gentle water exercise class that uses the basic exercises, principles, and movements of yoga and adapts them to a shallow-water environment. The stretches performed in the water allow the body to decrease discomfort, relieve stress, and improve flexibility.
