This introductory clinic will teach young athletes the art of throwing the Shot Put and the Discus. This is the brainchild of two track and field coaches at Bexley High School. If your student athlete is just getting into throwing or if they just want extra time in the ring, then this camp may be what you need to get the experience and the confidence your young thrower is looking for.
