Senior Water Aerobics SU 23 (55+)

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities. Water aerobics routines are perfect for seniors and anyone with back or joint pain. There will also be aspects of aqua yoga weaved into this class, using stretches to relieve discomfort and stress while improving flexibility. Full of fun, low-impact exercises, this class will keep your body moving!

Becca Stephens is a yoga and fitness instructor, reiki practitioner, and wellness coach who has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993. Becca finds joy and healing in nature; in particular, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and paddle boarding. Becca advocates health and wellness practices that can be accessible to everybody. She is committed to sharing yoga, fitness and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.
