Class begins with a guided warm up followed by physical exercises using weights and resistance bands. Exercises will target building lean muscle and bone density, in addition to improving overall balance and cardiovascular health. Class ends with restorative stretch and cool-down.

2 sets of dumbbells and a mat recommended.
Recommended Light: 3-6 pounds
Recommended Med/Heavy: 8-15 pounds
