Class begins with a warm up followed by guided physical exercises using weights designed to improve strength and endurance. Exercises will target building lean muscle, bone density, and improving balance. The second half of class will transition into vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement as we move together through a series of postures. Class ends with a cool down aimed to stretch the muscles we have worked and return the body to a state of rest.
