Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. These activities are for participants with previous Tai Chi experience. We will offer a beginner class in the Fall.

Mark has studied Martial Arts for over 40 years and is a certified instructor of the Dr. Paul Liam Tai Chi for Health program. He is also certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes, which uses both the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi.
