Join Kelly Schmidt, Registered Dietitian, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga 200 hr and Strength instructor for these 5 weeks of strength training workouts with weekly nutrition guidance and advice weaved through this 50-minute class.

This class supports physique, muscle mass, insulin resistance, and overall well-being and each enrollee will also be welcomed in Kel's monthly nutrition membership/KSW Community for the 5 weeks of class supporting your health, nutrition guidance, and overall wellness. This class is enjoyed on a yoga mat with 1 set of your own medium dumbbell weights (5-10lbs) and Kelly will ease you into a full-body workout. This class is designed for an intermediate level, but modifications will be provided throughout, welcoming beginners.

Instructor: Kelly Schmidt
Kelly Schmidt is a registered dietitian, yoga sculpt instructor, strength coach and owns Kelly Schmidt Wellness, LLC, a nutrition virtual practice. She guides clients blending her background in dietetics with her life of type 1 diabetes, paving the way for others to thrive using functional nutrition strategies. Her 50 minute Schmidt Strength classes are designed to strengthen your mind, body and metabolic health.
