Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but didn’t think you could get up and down on a mat? Would you like to practice a gentle form of yoga in which you will sit or stand behind a chair? Chair Yoga is modified to be accessible to all. Science has shown that yoga is beneficial for everyone and it is never too late to benefit from exercising.
Participants have the option to come in-person or participate via Zoom. A zoom link will be emailed to all participants in advance for the session.

Deborah has been teaching yoga for more than eight years. She has taught Chair Yoga at Grant Fitness and many classes for Bexley Recreation and Jeffrey Mansion and the Bexley Senior Center. Deborah retired from teaching Music at Cassingham Elementary in Bexley in 2013.
