This advanced fitness class is for those looking for a more intense workout. This class will be in a circuit and participants will move through three sets of each station. Although this class will include heavier weights and more advanced moves (including floor exercises) it is still appropriate for active aging adults as each person will choose their level of challenge. Equipment is provided.
