Designed specifically for older adults, this class will increase cardiovascular health, burn calories, and improve balance and stability. Equipment is provided. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be taught by Liz and Becca.

Becca Stephens is a yoga and fitness instructor, reiki practitioner, and wellness coach who has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993. Becca finds joy and healing in nature; in particular, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and paddle boarding. Becca advocates health and wellness practices that can be accessible to everybody. She is committed to sharing yoga, fitness and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.

Liz is a 30+ year Bexley Resident and is passionate about fitness, especially for the 55+ group!
