HIIT Strength & Cardio WI 24 (18+)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a total body workout that will get your heart pumping. This class 40 minute will alternate between high intensity cardio with short periods of recovery. Exercises will include both cardio and strength, primarily using your bodyweight as resistance. Participants should bring a mat and a bottle of water.
