DID YOU KNOW? Yoga can boost one’s self-esteem, mood, flexibility, strength and confidence? It can also improve concentration and reduce stress! Preteen/Teen Yoga will introduce the basics of yoga to students. Participants will learn and connect postures in an evolving flow. In addition to movement, students will engage in breath work and mindfulness to more fully grasp the elements of a yoga practice. 
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat to class.
