Each 75-minute multi-sensory session will help start your week off with a sense of renewal & peace.  Each themed session will include a take-home pouch with special objects to help support your well-being this Winter. Students may register for single sessions or the entire bundle of three sessions.

Session 1 (February 12): RELEASE
This session is designed to help unlock shoulder, neck & hip tightness that often manifests during the colder months. Find greater mobility & release tension through a combination of yogic hip/shoulder openers, relaxation techniques & breathwork.  A take-home pouch is included to help RELEASE beyond the mat.

Session 2 (February 19): CLEANSE
This session is designed to help declutter your mind & stimulate circulation in the body.  Rejuvenate your spine & spirit through a blend of gentle yogic twists, cleansing breathwork & meditation.
A take-home pouch is included to help CLEANSE beyond the mat.

Session 3 (February 26): NOURISH
This session is designed to help cultivate deep relaxation in the body & mind.  Nourish yourself with Yin-inspired yoga, soul-soothing techniques & the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to aid in calming the nervous system. A take-home pouch is included to help NOURISH beyond the mat.
