This is a class where you are in complete control to challenge yourself under the instruction of a trainer! Participants will move through a variety of stations using body weight as resistance, dumbbells for strength training, and medicine balls for core and floor exercises. Equipment is provided. Please note: The price reflected below is for non-members. The fee for senior center members is $10.
