This class is suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities. Participants should be comfortable and able to stand and move independently in chest-high water. Please bring a bottle of water and wear water shoes if you have them. Full of fun, low-impact exercises, this class will keep your body moving!

Instructor: Jenni Hunt 
Jenni is a zealous fitness advocate who has been teaching water fitness for three years after a life-changing weight loss. She encourages class participants to work at a level that challenges each one individually, and emphasizes that strength progression is essential to prevent muscle loss as we mature. Jenni also maintains an urban farm at her home just west of Bexley, is an avid crafter and sewist, and serves her community as a Near East Area Commissioner.
