Gentle Flow Yoga SP 24 (55+)

This class will focus on breath-based, mindful movement bringing us home to our body, breathe, and mind. Meditation in motion, slow down and move with awareness, balance, and grace. This class is for beginners and those who have a yoga practice already. Variations will be offered and props will be used to support your body.

Becca Stephens is a yoga and fitness instructor, reiki practitioner, and wellness coach who has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993. Becca finds joy and healing in nature; in particular, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and paddle boarding. Becca advocates health and wellness practices that can be accessible to everybody. She is committed to sharing yoga, fitness and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.
