Balance Training Series SU 24 (55+)

The focus of this series is on balance and fall avoidance. Each week we will unwrap a different element of balance. These elements will help us understand balance and can help with fall avoidance. To get the most out of this series we will use our brains and bodies, along with some props like chairs, walls, and the floor. 

 - Body awareness
 - Reaction time and Coordination
 - Fall Avoidance
 - Increased muscular strength.

The Bexley Senior Center has chairs, mats, straps, and blocks.  Please bring a water bottle and feel free to bring your walking device, if applicable.
