Art Healthy
Join certified art therapist Kathy Lamancusa as she shares the benefits of incorporating art into our lives. Each week will feature a different art project or craft. Projects will vary and may include drawing, painting, and creating DIY craft pieces. Supplies are provided.

Macrame
Macrame is back in a big way and is currently being created with new materials that make it softer on the hands, with new techniques that update the look and feel, making it perfect for today's homes. No experience necessary. Cording will be pre-cut and all supplies are included. The macrame boards will be provided for use during the class.

Bow Tying
Have you dreamed of being able to create beautiful bows for your holiday decor and gift giving? Now is your chance to learn how! During this class you will create two large red bows using two different techniques suitable for adding to a wreath or garland and one mid-sized bow that is perfect to use for decorating Christmas trees or holiday packages. The techniques that are taught break the process down step-by-step and take into account possible aging hands and arthritic joints. You'll be amazed at what you did at the end of class!
