Diwali is the Festival of Lights, and spiritually signifies the victory of purity and light over darkness. Join Anne Weidinger for a very special candle-lit Vinyasa class themed on recognizing and celebrating our inner light and goodness and coming together as a community to practice. This is an annual practice that Anne looks forward to each year!

Anne Weidinger teaches vinyasa flow yoga based on alignment and breath mixed with a little humor! She is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, BFA Yoga Alliance registered teacher with over 1,000 hours of experience teaching various levels of students. Anne Weidinger began a consistent yoga practice after retiring from dance with many injuries. She found yoga to be a practice to maintain flexibility and strength in her body. Her yoga practice created space for self-inquiry and self-love on and off the mat. Anne believes yoga provides the transformational tools to live your life ON PURPOSE. Her role as a teacher is to empower her students to live their life to their fullest potential.
