Midweek Reset is a new class which will incorporate movement and relaxation. There may be breath work or mediation during the session. The first 30 minutes will be seated and standing gentle yoga, and the second 30 minutes will be yin yoga, restorative yoga or a combination which will consist of yoga poses that will be held from 2-6 minutes (yin) or up to 15 minutes (restorative). Class is appropriate for all levels, but getting up and down from the floor will be required. Props will be available, but you may bring your own as well.
