All activities require registration for each child, but the parent is free and does not need to be registered, though parent participation is required.
Balanced Child Method ‘Pop Up’ - Family Yoga & Donuts
Find your center! Grab the whole family and start your Saturday with yoga and donuts! This class is tailored to 3- to 8-year-olds, but everyone is welcome. Families learn yoga, breathing and meditation to do at home. Bring yoga mats, water and wear comfy clothes. Donuts, coffee, and juice will be available after the program.
Bedtime Family Yoga
This class helps children start the process of unwinding before bedtime. They will be provided with poses, breathing techniques, and bedtime stories to help decompress for the evening. Kiddos can even come dressed in their PJs! We will have yoga mats for all participants, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Instructor: Balanced Child Instructor
The Balanced Child Method’s mission is to provide children with the tools they need to control their mind, body, and heart. Our method connects literature, yoga poses, and music with the goal of empowering children to work through stress on their own and express themselves through movement. All of our classes are anchored in mindfulness, mantras, and breathing.
