Track Clinic SU 25 (8 - 14 Years Old) • Register • View Cart •

This introductory clinic will teach young athletes about track and field; we will work on dynamic warm-ups, proper form and plyometrics.  Students will work on the following events: 50m dash, 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash and shot put (softball throw).  We will also introduce the long jump, relay exchanges, and middle distance events. This will all be followed up by a track meet.
