Youth Triathlon Training Camp SU 25 (6 - 14 Years Old) • Register • View Cart •

Our goal is to prepare campers for the 13th annual Splish, Splash and Dash Youth Triathlon on Saturday, August 16th.  The camp will focus on proper form and technique for all 3 disciplines: swimming, cycling and running. Campers will learn how to set up a transition area, how to transition from the swim to bike and bike to run, and bicycle safety in a fun and encouraging environment. Campers will be grouped by age and ability levels. 

Instructor: Coach Brian Botzman
Brian was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school (Cross-Country, Swimming & Track) and served as team captain for all three sports. He completed his first triathlon in ‘91 and has loved the sport ever since. Brian has close to thirty-five years of coaching experience coming into this summer and has coached hundreds of triathletes since '03. He received his National Team In Training Coaches Certification under the guidance of 6x Ironman World Champion, Dave Scott. Brian is the Head Coach & Owner of Unified Aquatics and served as Head Upper
School Swimming Coach at Columbus School for Girls for four years. He was named Coach of the Year for the Central, East and Southeast District three years in a row as well as State Coach of the Year for 2020 and was honored to be named 2022 Age Group Coach of the Year for Ohio Swimming.
