Youth Wrestling Team FA 25 (6 - 12 Years Old) • Register • View Cart •

The Bexley Youth Wrestling Team is focused on developing fundamental wrestling skills, regardless of experience or ability level. The children will develop body control and awareness, strength, speed, balance, and flexibility. We’ll also develop physical courage, toughness and stamina in a fast-paced and fun environment. We also offer opportunities throughout the season to compete and train with other youth teams.  (Participation is voluntary).

In November and December, practice will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In January and February, the practice will be on Tuesdays only. Throughout the season, there will be voluntary opportunities to compete with other youth programs from Central Ohio.

Instructor: Coach Alexander (Zander) Garcia
Coach Garcia is an accomplished wrestler having placed at the Ohio State Wrestling Championships all four years and winning one state title. He went on to wrestle at the US Naval Academy and was the captain of the team as a senior and two-time EIWA placewinner (5th, 3rd).
