Feeling unsteady on your feet? It is time to implement practices that keep you aware of your mind, body, balance and fall techniques.
Practices in this class are focused on fall awareness while stretching, strengthening, breathing, balancing and practicing fall techniques. We will not practice falling on the floor in this class. You will see demonstrations of how to fall safely and how to get up after a fall.
Feel free to bring a cane, walker, or any other assistive devices you feel would be helpful. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle.
