Balance Bistro FA 25 (55+) • Register • View Cart •

This class is tastefully done for you to experience awareness of body,mind, and balance. You get to explore your balance and how you can improve it. You will receive a Balance Bistro Menu each week with different balance challenges. Check out Daily Specials, Appetizers, Main Entrees and Desserts. Choose a few options for your Snack-tivity throughout the day.   

During class you will be sitting, stretching, standing and mindful breathing as you participate in warm-ups, stretching, strength, standing balance poses. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle.
