Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.

Mark has studied Martial Arts for over 40 years and is a certified instructor of the Dr. Paul Liam Tai Chi for Health program. He is also certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes, which uses both the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi I FA 25: Saturdays
This class will meet on Saturday mornings and focus on the first 24 movements of Yang style Tai Chi. This is a continuation of the one-hour class held over summer.

Tai Chi II FA 25: Intermediate
This class will meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings and focus on the first 24 movements of Yang style Tai Chi. Participants should have prior Tai Chi experience.

Tai Chi III FA 25: Advanced
This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays and is for those who have completed the previous Tai Chi class.
