Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes FA 25 (55+) Register View Cart

Do you feel stiff from your head to your toes?  Each week we will focus on exercises targeting different parts of your body while working your way from head to toes. 

Head and shoulder exercises are beneficial for increasing strength, mobility, and range of motion in the neck and shoulders.  Knee mobility exercises help improve flexibility, range of motion, and strength in the knee joint. Toe and foot exercises are beneficial for improving balance, posture, muscle strength, and flexibility in the feet and ankles.

This is a class with movement and flow exercises, static and dynamic poses.  You will have the option of using a chair or wall while standing, and moving. Wear comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle.
