This is an accessible yoga class that offers a modified, inclusive and welcoming practice adapted for all bodies and abilities. We will focus on breath work, mindful movement, and the use of props like chairs and bolsters to support individual needs within a collective experience.

Becca Stephens is a yoga and fitness instructor, reiki practitioner, and wellness coach who has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993. Becca finds joy and healing in nature; in particular, she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and paddle boarding. Becca advocates health and wellness practices that can be accessible to everybody. She is committed to sharing yoga, fitness and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.
