These classes reflect the goals and techniques of The CDC's Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries (STEADI) Initiative. Your exercise options will include the use of chairs, while standing, on the floor or at the wall. You should feel safe during exercise practice outside and inside your home.
Main Menu: Balance Awareness, Fall Awareness, Mobility, Strengthening, Spatial Awareness, Proprioception and Stretches.
Appetizers and Dessert: We start and end class exploring breath and end with a warm treat! Weekly Specials include foot health, fear of falling, posture, hydration, reaction time, and vestibular system.
To-Go Menus: Exercises & practice charts will be passed out each week.
Snack-tivity suggestions will be listed on the weekly menu!
