Balanced Child Method ‘Pop Up’ - Family Yoga & Donuts
Find your center! Grab the whole family and start your Saturday with yoga and donuts! This class is tailored to 3- to 8-year-olds, but everyone is welcome. Families learn yoga, breathing and meditation to do at home. Bring yoga mats, water and wear comfy clothes. Donuts will be available after the program.
Instructor: Balanced Child Instructor
The Balanced Child Method’s mission is to provide children with the tools they need to control their mind, body, and heart. Our method connects literature, yoga poses, and music with the goal of empowering children to work through stress on their own and express themselves through movement. All of our classes are anchored in mindfulness, mantras, and breathing.
