Animal Tracks with Ohio Wildlife Division (Jan. 24)

Even during the winter, many mammals are still active in Ohio. You will learn about Ohio mammals and how to find visible clues of them in the wild during this fun, hands-on class inside Jeffrey Mansion. Weather depending, participants will then take a short walk outside to look for the signs of the wildlife they learned about inside. There will be replicas of mammal tracks, scat, skulls and furs available to view. (Be sure to dress appropriately for a brief walk weather permitting.)

Bird watching is a fun, learning activity and a great hobby for kids of all ages. This year, children can attract some birds to their outdoor space with the addition of a homemade birdhouse. Join birders James Muller and Caton Williamson for this fun activity and welcome some nesting birds this year. . (All supplies provided. Wear appropriate painting clothes.)
