Online registration will be required for each child and include the selection of your week(s) to create the order for each week’s maximum. This registration does not guarantee a spot.
Registration Dates & Times
Bexley Residents: Tue., Feb. 17 @ 5:00pm
Non-Residents: Tue., Mar. 3 @ 5:00pm
Online registration will be accepted through July 1, 2026 pending weekly availability. No spots are guaranteed.
Upon completion of registration, you will receive an email from Mindy Walsh (mwalsh@bexley.org) confirming accepted and/or waitlisted weeks along with a form to collect general information and a credit card. This form is due within the next two (2) business days and a non-refundable full week’s payment will be charged to confirm your spot. If you fail to return the form within the allotted time frame, you will lose your spot. You will receive a second email with the remainder of the paperwork needed for participation in camp.
Cancellation Policy:
We will no longer have a period of time to drop week(s) without a cancellation fee. This will encourage families to only register for weeks they know they will use, freeing up more weeks earlier in the process and allowing us to quicken our registration and notification process. Cancellations must be emailed only to mwalsh@bexley.org.
Cancellation Fees:
Jan. 27 - Mar. 31: Any cancellation from the time you register until March 31st will result in a $65 charge per week per child.
Apr. 1 up to 3 weeks: Any cancellation from April 1st and up to 3 weeks before the week you are wanting to cancel will result in a $100 charge per week per child.
Full Payment: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the scheduled camp week.
Playcamp (4 & 5 Year Olds - Child must be 4 by Aug. 1, 2026)
Each camper will experience arts and crafts, games, music, free play, and friendship! Full Day campers will experience 3 days of swim. Our Staff ratio is 8 campers to 1 Camp Counselor.

Camp Jeffrey Woods (Enter 1st-2nd) & Park (Entering 3rd-6th)
These camps provide a wide range of activities and choices. Each week will have a different theme, weekly field trips, and activities specific for each camp.
