Pilates SU 26 (18+) Register View Cart

Pilates lengthens and strengthens the muscles as well as uses core strength for every exercise. Although pilates is non-aerobic, it is an extremely effective way to strengthen and condition the muscles of the abdomen and back, thus helping to build a “girdle of strength” around the spine. This class is designed to introduce you to mat pilates and is also for those with some experience.

Certified Pilates Teacher (mat and all equipment) through Pendleton Pilates and White Cloud Studios.  Been teaching Pilates since 2007.
