Tai Chi FA 26 (55+)
Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.

Larry Matteson has practiced Tai Chi for several years and was recently certified through the Open the Door to Tai Chi program. He is excited to help serve more members of the community who are interested in learning Tai Chi and experiencing its health benefits.

Mark has studied Martial Arts for over 40 years and is a certified instructor of the Dr. Paul Liam Tai Chi for Health program. He is also certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes, which uses both the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi I FA 26: Beginner
- Instructor: Larry Matteson
- This class will focus on the first 24 movements of Yang-style Tai Chi.

Tai Chi II FA 26: Intermediate
- Instructor: Mark Henry
- This class will meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings and focus on the first 24 movements of Yang style Tai Chi. Participants should have prior Tai Chi experience.

Tai Chi III FA 26: Advanced
- Instructor: Mark Henry
- This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays and is for those who have completed the previous Tai Chi class.
