Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. In this class for beginners, students will learn the basics of Yang-style Tai Chi, focusing on the first 24 movements.

Instructor: Larry Matteson, Certified Tai Chi Practitioner 
Larry Matteson has practiced Tai Chi for several years and was recently certified with the program Open the Door to Tai Chi. He is excited to help serve more members of the community who are interested in learning Tai Chi and experiencing its health benefits.
