Start of the new year right by learning how to make a variety of delicious, nutritious smoothies! Smoothies are easy, portable, and a great way to pack healthy ingredients into each tasty sip. Participants learn all about different types of chocolates, opposing flavor combinations, and how to use a double boiler to create the perfect chocolate sauce. There will be plenty of goodies for each participant to take home...and everything will be dipped in chocolate! All materials provided, recipes included. Ultimate Grilled Cheese (Mar. 12)Learn to make the cheesiest, craziest grilled cheese ever! Participants will make chip-crusted grilled cheese and homemade tomato soup. All materials, plus recipes are provided.Pasta 101: Fettuccine (Apr. 9)This class is perfect for young pasta lovers! Learn to make fettuccine pasta from scratch and sample it with a quick and easy sauce! All materials, plus recipes are provided.Instructor: Cooking Caravan Build confidence in the kitchen while learning basic cooking concepts and essential kitchen safety. Gain hands-on experience with simple techniques that make cooking enjoyable and stress-free. No experience necessary, and all equipment and food provided.
