ForeverFit SU 24 (55+) - ForeverFit SU 24 (S1) This class will increase cardiovascular health, burn calories, and improve balance and stability in a fun, inclusive environment. Instructors will tailor the intensity to your needs, offering modifications to make it easier or more challenging depending on your fitness level. Bexley Police Outreach SU 24: Preparing Makes Sense (55+) - Bexley PD: Preparing Makes Sense SU 24 In this three-week series, participants will learn how to prepare for disasters in our areas. This includes knowing the types of disasters and when to evacuate or shelter in place. You’ll also learn how to plan for food, water and essentials for all family members, including any pets. Finally, you will determine which items should be in your emergency supply kit, such as chargers, batteries, medications, etc.
