2026 Birthday Tent Rentals will not become available to reserve online until Monday, April 6, 2026 @ 12:00am.
The Bexley Pool Birthday Tent (Sponsored by Golden Orthodontics) is located on the south side of the upper deck along the fence. This area includes up to 4 picnic tables and shade for your party!
*The birthday tent may be rented by current year pool members only*
2026 Season: May 23 - Sept. 7
Rental Times (3 Hour Block):
All rentals will receive a 30 minute buffer on the front and back end of their reservation for set-up and clean-up. The two-hour blocks shown below is the actual party time for your event. You MUST leave the area once your reserved time expires (end of your clean-up time).
Event Capacity: 50 (A guest list is required for the front desk check-in)
The picnic tables under the tent are for eating only. Guest belongings must be placed at a lounge chair on the pool deck. Parties over the limit must be approved by the Aquatics Director and may be subject to additional daily admission rates.
