Permit Restrictions
- Available to Bexley Residents only.
- Court reservations may only be made for the current month. Recurring reservations are limited to one month at a time.
- Once per 7-day period for up to two (2) hours.
- Tennis court reservations are for tennis use only and may not be used for pickleball.
Payment & Security Deposit Policy:
Please refer to the Facility Permit Policy document for the fee structure.
Full Payment (if applicable) is due no less than two weeks (2) prior to the event date. A damage deposit (Credit Card On File) is required at the time of the in-person reservation for paid permits.
Forfeiture of the security deposit includes, but it not limited to:
- The facility or any items in the facility are damaged.
- The permit hours as requested are exceeded.
