Permit Restrictions
- Available to Bexley Residents only.
- Court reservations may only be made for the current month. Recurring reservations are limited to one month at a time.
- Once per 7-day period for up to two (2) hours.
- Court 2 and 4 are the only ones you can Reserve. Courts 1 and 3 are always available on a first-come, first-served basis, except during scheduled programming.
Reservations for pickleball courts are accepted beginning on the last Monday of each month. Requests are processed in the order they are received, with online submissions reviewed first, followed by phone calls and emails. All reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis, so the original time requested may no longer be available by the time your request is processed. Online reservation requests can be submitted beginning in the late afternoon on the Friday prior to the last Monday of the month. This may be adjusted around holiday weekends and other extenuating circumstances.
Payment & Security Deposit Policy:
Please refer to the Facility Permit Policy document for the fee structure.
Full Payment (if applicable) is due no less than two weeks (2) prior to the event date. A damage deposit (Credit Card On File) is required at the time of the in-person reservation for paid permits.
Forfeiture of the security deposit includes, but it not limited to:
- The facility or any items in the facility are damaged.
- The permit hours as requested are exceeded
