Would you like to practice a gentle form of yoga in which you will sit or stand behind a chair? Chair Yoga is modified to be accessible to all. You will learn various poses to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Gentle Yoga is not a gym workout, but a body/mind work in. You do not have to be flexible or fit to start practicing yoga. This class will teach you breathing techniques to calm the mind and/or energize the body.
