Circuit Fitness FA 24 (55+) - Circuit Fitness FA 24 (S2) This advanced fitness class is for those looking for a more intense workout. This class will be in a circuit and participants will move through three sets of each station. Although this class will include heavier weights and more advanced moves (including floor exercises) it is still appropriate for active aging adults as each person will choose their level of challenge. Gentle Yoga FA 24 (55+) - Gentle Yoga FA 24 Studies have shown the positive benefits of yoga for all ages. Yoga involves linking the mind, body, and breath. You do not have to be flexible or fit to start practicing yoga. This class will teach you breathing techniques to calm the mind and/or energize the body. You will learn various poses to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Gentle Yoga is not a gym workout, but a body/mind work in. By paying attention to your body, you will learn to be more present and mindful.This is a mat yoga class which will require getting down to the floor and back up again.
