Tai Chi Yang Style: Intro
This introductory class will focus on the first 24 movements of Yang Style Tai Chi. Session I is a prerequisite for Session II.
Tai Chi Yang Style: Advanced
This is a continuation of the 24 movements of Yang Tai Chi and is suitable for those with previous Tai Chi experience. Session I is a prerequisite for Session II.
Instructor: Mark Henry
Mark has studied Martial Arts for over 40 years and is a certified instructor of the Dr. Paul Liam Tai Chi for Health program. He is also certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes, which uses both the Yang and Sun styles of Tai Chi.
