This class offers full body strengthening and stretching exercises in a varying format, incorporating yoga, with a Pilates flavor. Appropriate for those with Pilates experience or beginners in good physical condition. You should be able to hold a 15 second plank pain free. Careful instructions and modifications will encourage participants to be challenged at their level.
