Join Kelly Schmidt, Registered Dietitian, Yoga Sculpt, and Strength instructor for these 5 weeks of strength training workouts with nutrition guidance weaved through this 50-minute class.
You will enjoy this class on a yoga mat with 1 set of your own medium dumbbell weights (5-10lbs) and Kelly will ease you into a full body workout, with each class building on the other. This class is designed for an intermediate level, but modifications will be provided throughout, welcoming beginners.
This class supports strength training, insulin resistance, and overall well-being and each enrollee will also be enrolled in Kel's monthly membership/Kel's Community for the spring (March/April/May) supporting your health, nutrition guidance, and overall wellness.
