Whether you are just learning the game or an experienced veteran, coach Jones makes sure to integrate all levels into his lesson planning to ensure everyone is able to learn. In addition to the comprehensive lessons, Mr. Jones utilizes a chess playing interface (lichess.org) to provide the students with an opportunity to practice their techniques. If Bexley schools are closed for weather-related reasons, classes will be held online via Zoom. Instructions will be emailed to participants. The second half of the class is featured on lichess.org. In Yin Yoga postures are more passive asanas, mainly done on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. It is not uncommon to see postures held for 3-7 minutes. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation.Instructor: Becca Stephens, E-RYT 200, Reiki 2, Certified Eat Breathe Thrive facilitatorBeccastephens.fit@gmail.com; 603-724-5006Becca Stephens is a yoga and fitness instructor, reiki practitioner, and wellness coach who has been helping people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing since 1993.
